Positive: The location was perfect. Short easy walk along the waterfront to restaurants and other attractions. I loved how easy it was to park out front. The view from the lounge room was so beautiful. We stayed at four holiday venues around NZ this holiday and Lodges 1 was my teenage daughters favourite. She loved the retro feel of the place. We all loved the quaint cottage feel.
Negative: Firstly a caveat - this part is not to discourage you from staying here as I will be next time I visit!! But, please note this is not a modern venue. It is an art-deco older style apartment, so you shouldn't expect the Ritz. As you will have read with the other reviews, the ensuite in the master bedroom does not have a toilet. That problem is solved by walking 1 metre outside your bedroom door to the main bathroom. I walk more than that to my own ensuite back home. Be careful walking up and down the staircase as it is a little steep and narrow (part of the charm). The remaining two bedrooms are very small with single beds. There is no room for more, so this is definitely a 4 person accommodation. Should you book this place - definitely.
Summary: Great location with super easy parking. Older art-deco style but lovely none the less. Loved it!

Positive: It was located in the heart of Queenstown in front of the beautiful Lake Wakatipu. The lakefront views were stunning. The home was very comfortable and had all the conveniences to cook and make ourselves at home. The staff were helpful and contactable throughout the booking and stay.
Negative: The dryer wasn’t working during our stay, however the staff offered to fix it the earliest they could.

Positive: The location is just amazing. 5 mins walk to the quay side and the main street of Queenstown is 7-10 mins. The provisions given in the kitchen were just fantastic, the most I've ever seen. So really well stocked house Beds were heated, heaters everywhere, in fact we got a bit stuffy at nights, but then the aircons and windows can be opened up a bit to let the air in crazy good views from the house of the lake and neighborhoods Very good communication with the team
Negative: You'll read this in the other reviews as well, but it's important you understand this to judge how relevant this is to you The ensuite master bathroom has NO toilet, it's just a shower and basin. The other common bathroom has a toilet on the top floor. The other toilet is on level one but heading towards the garage and it was just so freezing there, we never used it. If it's just your family this might work, but we were all down to rotating across bathrooms
